We are looking to fill a full-time position in our Hettinger Office - OR a full-time position that could be split between the Hettinger Office and Bowman Office. This position requires great attention to detail. We will provide training and encourage employee to become licensed as an Abstracter.

Prepare Abstract of Record Title

a compilation of the recorded documents relating to a parcel of land, from which an attorney may give an opinion as to the condition of title

North Dakota law requires that when transferring title of real estate, Sellers must provide Buyers with an up-to-date abstract.

We are licensed to abstract in Bowman, Slope and Adams Counties.
